Strong Survivors Women and Youth Empowerment's (SSWYE) mission is to empower minority women and girls to rise above adversity, advocate for themselves, and lead lives of power and purpose. Through culturally grounded, trauma-informed mentorship, mental health support, and systemic advocacy, we create safe healing spaces that foster long-term resilience, self-worth, and leadership, and empower our community to live entirely Above the Line.
We envision a world where every woman and girl of color knows her worth, owns her story, and thrives emotionally, socially, and economically. Supported by an unwavering sisterhood, we are building a generation of fierce self-advocates and leaders who successfully command their space in education, housing, and the workforce—rooted in unity and the unstoppable belief that survival is only the beginning.
