We are a diverse collective of local professionals, dedicated community advocates, resilient youth, and passionate changemakers based across Arizona. ​Bound by a shared commitment to healing and growth, our members form the foundational network that brings our Living Above the Line framework to life. ​How Our Members Drive Our Mission ​The Mentors: Professional women who volunteer their time, wisdom, and lived experiences to guide, uplift, and protect the next generation of minority leaders. ​The Mentees & Youth: Ambitious, resilient young girls and women of color who actively participate in our programs, reclaim their voices, and step boldly into their personal power. ​The Community Partners: Local organizations, advocates, and donors who stand shoulder-to-shoulder with us to break structural barriers and expand our safe sanctuaries.
